Where history meets industrial chic and featuring a menu that celebrates locally-sourced ingredients. We smoke our own meats and fish, have wine menu with a regional emphasis and only serve our very own Steam Plant Brewing Company beers on tap. All of this surrounded by a stunning, award-winning interior. We are the nation's only historically preserved steam plant.

Menu — $18 per person

First Course (Choose One):

Stacks Salad - cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions, diced cucumbers, feta cheese and kalamata olives served over spring greens with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Second Course (Choose One):

Pineapple Jalapeno Planked Slamon - Alaskan salmon dusted with ground coriander and baked on a cedar plank with a pinapple jalapeno glaze. Served with roasted red pepper orzo and asparagus spears.

Third Course (Choose One):

Banana Foster's Cream Cheese Tart - bananas sauteed with brown sugar and dark rum whipped with cheesecake and baked in a tart shell.
