We work to support local, sustainable & organic products whenever possible. We are vegan, vegetarian & gluten free friendly. We make almost everything on our menu in house, from scratch, daily.

Located in Spokane's University District, we are walking distance from the Convention Center, just across the street from the Main Market Co-op, surrounded by unique shopping & we share the building with the Saranac Art Project & the Magic Lantern Theatre.

First Course (Choose One):

Chicken Basil Sausage - Thigh meat, garlic, basil, fresh tomato, sundried tomato & red wine in natural hog casing. Served warm with a fresh tomato relish & pub toast
Polenta - Organic coarse grind polenta pan seared & baked, with tomato sauce, sauteed mushroom, caramelized onion, fresh tomato, basil & toasted pinenuts | V GF
Chinese Lacquered Pork - House brined pork tenderloin marinated in hoisin, soy sauce, garlic, five spice & honey. Served with sweet hot mustard & sesame seeds

Second Course (Choose One):

Braised Beef Short Ribs - Beef short ribs braised in 14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon, over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with rosemary pan jus, & pub toast
Gnocchi- House made vegan potato gnocchi tossed in a warm thyme vinaigrette with a lemon cashew cream sauce |V
Jalapeno Glazed Salmon - Wild caught Alaskan sockeye salmon, pan seared & oven finished with a brown sugar, cumin, jalapeno & lime glaze. With coconut rice, fresh lime & sweet mustard coleslaw | GF

Third Course (Choose One):

Chocolate Stout Creme Brulee - Bittersweet chocolate, No Li Wrecking Ball Imperial Stout, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks & fresh cream with a hand fired sugar crust | v
Peanut Butter & Banana Vegan Donuts - Peanut butter, organic banana, sugar, vanilla, & shepherds grain flour. Dusted with organic powdered sugar & served with a coconut rice cream sauce | V
Panna Cotta - Chilled Italian custard of fresh cream, sugar & vanilla topped with a pineapple gelee | v GF
