Remington's Dining Room features floor to ceiling windows looking out over a sunken garden area with views of the Spokane International Airport. A player piano is your evenings entertainment. Seating is also available in the cafe which has a view of the courtyard. Both the dining room and cafe are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (5am-11pm) Remington's Lounge and Grille is open 11am-1am serving lunch,dinner and appetizers from the exhibition grille. Happy Hour is offered in the Lounge and Grille Wedesday-Saturday with two for one appetizers and drink specials. You will find locally grown and produced products throughout our entire menu selection. No-Li Brewery drafts are proudly offered on tap. Our wine menu predominately features a wide variety of Washington State wines.

First Course (Choose One):

Remington's Flat Bread Fresh mozzarella, diced tomatoes, green onions and our house made pesto baked until bubbling. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Artichoke & Crab Dip Crab,artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, fresh cilantro & a blend of Italian cheeses baked to perfection; served with warm focaccia bread.
Soup or Salad (Gluten Free Options Available) A choice of our soup du jour, seafood gumbo or a fresh spinach, Caesar or tossed green Salad.

Second Course (Choose One):

Pepper Crusted Jack Daniels New York Steak (Gluten Free Options Available) Crushed peppercorn crusted flame broiled 8 oz. New York steak finished with sweet Jack Daniels glaze; served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fresh sauteed vegetables and bread service.
Sweet Hickory Chicken & Shrimp (Gluten Free Options Available) Hickory marinated & grilled chicken breast topped with caramelized onions, three hickory grilled prawns; served with wild rice pilaf, fresh vegetables and bread service.
Lemon Pepper Swai Fish (Gluten Free Options Available) A full side of this Vietnamese white fish lightly dusted with lemon pepper, pan fried and served over creamy spinach risotto; finished with a ribbon of basil cream sauce, accompanied with bread service.
