Prospectors Bar and Grill prides itself in our "scratch style" cooking. Executive Chef Paloma Kunzelmann will whip you up some of your traditional favorites like aged Ribeye Steaks to some new dishes like her Lobster Pasta. Come in and see all the great choices for the whole family.

Prospectors House Salad - mixed greens, Craisins, Gorgonzola cheese, red onion and candied pecans tossed in a celery seed vinaigrette
Caesar Salad

Third Course (Choose One):

Seafood Platter with deep fried Prawns, Salmon Filet and Tempura battered Halibut. Served with a loaded baked potato.
Chef's Paloma's Ribeye hand cut from aged prime rib roast. Basted with our garlic au jus and topped with onion rings. Served with a loaded baked potato and seasonal vegetables.
Full rack of mouthwatering, tender St. Louis style Pork Ribs. Dunked in our own Prospectors sweet BBQ sauce and served with a loaded baked potato.
