We are a locally owned eco-friendly restaurant with a scratch-made menu and great craft beers. We feature 50 taps with craft and import beers, as well as 70 hard to find bottles. We have a full bar and great wine list. Our food is made from scratch and we use local, organic and no-hormone/no-antibiotic meats when possible. We are a 4 Star Certified Green Restaurant. We have 4 Certified Beer Servers, a Certified Cicerone and two Cicerones-in-training to help you with your beer selections. Our Chef, Branden Moreau is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute’s Le Cordon Bleu Program and is a Certified Allergen-safe chef. Eat, drink & be merry!
