The Longhorn BBQ originated in Houston, Texas in 1945. After 10 years of business in the Pistol Packing City” the brothers decided to move the great Northwest. Now serving Spokane and the surrounding area for more than 55 years, making the Inland Northwest our home for continuing the great tradition of “Southern Pit-Style” Barbecue! At the Longhorn BBQ, “The feed bag is always on!”

First Course (Choose One):

Mushroom Bisque or Soup of the day
Garden Salad with Choice of dressing

Second Course (Choose One):

Barbuecued Pork Chop with Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Crispy Onions and Mixed Vegetables
8oz Top Sirloin topped with Gorgonzola Butter, served with your choice of two Sideboards
Ribs, Chicken and Brisket Rustler served with your choice of two Sideboards

Third Course (Choose One):

Grandma's bread pudding topped with a brandy drizzle and a dab of soft serve ice cream
Mixed Berry Cobbler served with Soft Serve Ice Cream
Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae
