Laguna Cafe brings a fresh approach to American Classics. Dan and Debbie Barranti have spent their lives in restaurants and in family kitchens before that. My grandfather came to America in 1890 and started selling produce and fruit door to door, we all worked in the kitchen as soon as we were tall enough to reach the pasta machine and roll out the fresh pasta. Debbie's mom cooked professionally all her life and passed on the love of great tasting honest foods to her family. Chef Debbie is the love of my life and we both love great tasting fresh foods.
