Within walking distance of the Preforming Arts and Convention Centers, Hills' offers a comprehensive lunch and dinner menu from the traditional to the inovative. Vegetarian and gluten free items are also featured. A full bar offering 10 micro beer taps and 23 wines and ports by the glass highliting products from the Pacific Northwest makes for a great meeting place after work or before a show. Family owned and operated since 1993 and recently featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. We are family friendly and have a childerns menu.

First Course (Choose One):

Cajun Boudin Sausage made fresh right here with some awe inspiring seasoning and herbs. Served with our famous DDD whole grain mustard, pickles and fresh baked bread.
Fried Pacific Oysters, served with remoulade sauce, toasted garlic bread and lemon wedges.
Fresh Hummus with Camalina seed, lemon and fresh bread.

Second Course (Choose One):

Soup of the day
House salad with your choice of dressings.

Third Course (Choose One):

Smoked 1/2lb Pork Chop broiled and topped with caramelized onions, bacon-jam and root beer-butter glaze, WOW!
Breast of Chicken, broiled and served with sauteed mushrooms and garlic with a creamy pepper jack sauce and frizzled onions on top, Oh Yea!
Smoked Salmon Fettuccine. Fresh pasta is the key, then add a generous amount of smoked Alaskan Salmon, some garlic, a little white wine, some rich cream, rooftop herbs and spices and its dinner. Oh and don't forged a bunch of Parmesan cheese!

Fourth Course (Choose One):

Smores made with our own monster sized marshmallow, graham crackers and rich dark chocolate sauce.
Fresh Ice Cream, made in house. Ask your server for a current list of our offerings
Chocolate truffle mousse cake, need I say more?

Additional Items:

Third Course Vegetarian Option: Baked Vegetable Phillo with cheeses, mushrooms, herbs and more, served with jasmine rice.
