By employing the highest quality and freshest ingredients — supplied whenever possible by local farmers and purveyors in neighboring communities — we earn your trust, plate by plate. We dry-age and cure our beef in-house, bake artisan breads and pastries in our kitchen daily using local wheat, and make everything we can from scratch. Our team will never stop trying to do things better.

Stuffed Chicken Breast (Gluten Free) ~ pesto, fontina, roasted red peppers, bacon, mashed potatoes, lemon butter sauce
Winter Squash & Chorizo Ravioli ~ winter squash, chorizo, herb butter sauce, Manchego cheese
Grilled Salmon (Gluten Free) ~ wild Alaskan salmon, (or grilled tofu), beluga lentil & chickpea ragu, tzatziki sauce

Third Course (Choose One):

Orangesicle Cake ~ orange chiffon cake, cream cheese frosting, orange anglaise sauce
Chocolate Ganache Tart ~ rich chocolate, shortbread, cherry-brandy sauce
Creme Brulee ~ sweet custard, caramelized sugar
