Farm inspired, Southern crafted, American True Food. At Casper Fry we're committed to our relationships with our local farmers and ranchers. We purchase, prepare and serve fresh, all natural, local produce and meats as much as possible. Most of our meals are prepared in a solid fuel burning Josper oven. One of only thirteen in the country. All our sausage and charcuterie are made in house, and we take great pride and care in serving scratch made, flavorful, Southern influenced dishes.
Our handmade whisky cabinet boasts one of the most impressive collections of top shelf whisky in town, and our pre-prohibition era craft cocktails include in house barrel aged libations.
